Cancellation PolicyTo cancel your registration, send a written cancellation notice via e-mail to interchange@landesk.com no later than August 7, 2006, at 5:00 p.m. CST. All cancellations will include a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellation refunds will not be available after August 7, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. CST. Cancellation of your registration will also cancel your hotel room reservation at The Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island. And any cancellations received after August 7, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. CST will result in a charge to your credit card for your entire hotel reservation. Substitutions will be accepted, but must be submitted via e-mail to interchange@landesk.com prior to the conference. Interchange reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion. The submission of registration does not constitute acceptance by Interchange.
